The Remote Control feature does not work.

Explanation

1. What happened?

You selected your machine to do "Remote Control" and selected "Remote control".

When connecting with your machine the following error  code appeared:

2. Causes

A. The machine is running "Android"

SC Remote Control feature is not supported on Android.

However, "Remote view" allows you to annotate the screen of the operator.

B. Anything else

Make sure to check the following things:

1) Your machine has an active Smart Construction license

2) Your machine is online

Trimble TD520 - NO Remote control, remote view only
Trimble TD540 (Android) - Remote control and remote view is supported
3DMG tablet (Android) - Remote control and remote view is supported; however, the operator needs to select "START NOW" on the tablet message pops-up
