What is the issue?
You are trying to connect a Topcon monitor to Smart Construction Remote using the panel agent for Topcon. However, the icon stays RED.
The internet is working (this was confirmed via web browser or the NTRIP account is working etc.)
Possible Solution
The network settings have not been properly set:
If the Preferred (DNS 1) and Alternative (DNS 2) are not set, you will not be able to connect via the panel agent.
