Explanation

The multi file transfer feature allows you to transfer files to one or several machines at the same time.

Select the file(s) you want to transfer and search for the machine(s) that the files should reach.

Then select the machines by putting a checkmark on them.

And start the transfer.

After you have started the transfer your screen will switch to 'History List' where you can check the status of the transferred files. Status will update every 5 seconds.

On the machine side, a notification will pop up that allows you to accept the file. Depending on the type and settings of the software installed on the monitor, the notification displayed might vary. The following example is the notification you will receive on an android device. Click on "Yes" if you want to accept the file.

The destination folder for the transferred files differs from device to device.

Important notes

You can also transfer files when the machine is turned off.

The files will be waiting in the cloud until the machine is switched on and the monitor is connected to the internet.

File cloud storage is limited to 72 hours. If the machine wasn't connected to the internet during this time period, the files will be removed from the cloud and need to be sent again.
