New features

1. Remotely deleting files

Now it is possible for users to remotely delete files from a monitor. By doing so, you can make sure that only relevant design files are available for the operator and keep a clear overview on your monitor.

Simply select the machine you wish to delete a file from and Hit (1) "File Transfer"

Click on(2) the "3 dots"and press (3)Delete Machine Data. 

Delete the data by pressing on the (4) red X next to the resp. data file.

Keep in Mind:

Be aware that critical calibration files can be deleted, so when deleting files, please double-check and only select the files that you are sure to remove. If files are deleted by accident, this cannot be undone through Smart Construction Remote.

Improvements

1. Queuing up multiple files for transfer

From now on, you can upload as many files as you wish and all files will be queued up for transfer. The transfer will start as soon as your machine gets connected. 

Previously, it was only possible to transfer a new file to a machine after the previous transfer was completed. 

2. Automatically updating file transfer status

As part of the new improvements,in the file transfer history list,the file transfer status will be automatically updated every 5 seconds. Also, a refresh button is added to the screen in case you would like to actively force to refresh the transfer status list.

Before this improvement, updating the page had to be done by manually refreshing the page.

3. Improved alerting for "File Transfers Pending"

If a file transfer is not completed after 1 hour, the user will receive an alert together with potential reasons for the pending file transfer.
