System Maintenance Notice

We would like to inform you that we will be conducting scheduled server maintenance on our system. The maintenance is scheduled to take place from 3:00 AM to 4:00 AM[UTC] on 20th Jan.

During this maintenance work, service interruptions of approximately 30 seconds will occur multiple times between 12:10 and 12:55.

Please note that the connection with the customer during remote support will not be disconnected.
